Last year was a big year for Bill Smith Plumbing. We launched a new website and one of our own bought the company. This the second time in our 57 year history that an employee worked himself up the ladder to become the owner. Our company strongly believes in the value-priced plumbing approach. This means most jobs are estimated from an on-site visit to your home and Bill Smith plumbers are allowed to be plumbers. They are not sales people but dedicated plumbing and heating tradesmen.
